On Friday 8th July 2011 I had the pleasure to be the second speaker after Dr Yeah Kim Leng during a real estate conference organized by ENCORP and MUST University at Putrajaya International Convention Centre. The kind Dr from RAM has given his permission to allow access to his presentation notes.

I also received permission from Mr Terence Wong of CIMB Securities to release his latest report and take on the Property Sector of Malaysia.
